The Circus

 When Grannie was a young girl, the Circus meant: Clowns, Horses, Lions, Elephants, Monkeys, High Wire Acts, lots of interesting things, and the smell of all the food that was sold. When our Mum was young, a lot of Circuses still had a few animals, but because of a lot of animlas getting hurt, and put into small cages, there weren't as many animals, but it was still fun to go and watch.
  Not long ago, I went to a Circus in Saxton. There were still the yummy smells of all the yummy food that's still sold, but there were no animals now as too many people complained about the conditions for them, and most circuses don't have animals now, but at least there are still the wonderful acts on the high wire, tight rope walking, clowns, acrobats. Circuses are FUN.
