Sam Cur - Week 5

Ingredients:
1 cup of self raising flour
2 tablespoons of white sugar
1 cup of milk
1 egg, lightly beaten
30g melted butter
Any toppings

Materials: pan, spatula, plate, knife, fork

#1 Sift the flour and sugar into a bowl.
#2 Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients.
#3 Add the milk, egg and the melted butter in the centre of the dry ingredients and whisk it all up
#4 Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium low heat and grease the frying pan in butter.
#5 For each pancake add 2 tablespoons of pancake mixture into the pan.
#6 Cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles form on the pancakes.
#7 Turn and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes or until the pancakes are cooked through and take out of the pan.
#8 Then put the pancakes onto a plate then put any of your favourite toppings on.

  1. You used words that indicated time very well as well as using present tense. However you didn't state what is to be done, the goal. I didn't know this was about making pancakes until step number 5. Other than that you did a very good job well done.
