Life in trenches is about the soliders in the trenches and how they lived in them. Did you know that there were dogs in the trenches? They sent messages back a forth from the different sides of the war and returned the next message! The dogs lived with the soliders in the trenches and killed the rats that invaded them.
For the soliders food they were given decent meals at first like vegetables and decent portions of meat. But as the war went on they were given watery soup, hard and tasteless biscuits.
