Walking down an empty road, breathless from walking for hours. No sign of any car. No light to reassure me that I was getting somewhere, nothing. The cool evening breeze, sent a shiver up my spine. Then I stepped in something that made a sludging noise. I saw a pier right in front of me. I walked to the end of it and sat at the edge. But something caught my eye. I turned to look and....
I saw two legs sticking out of the water. I screamed in horror hoping someone would hear me. Then there was another strong gust of wind, and the legs fell over with no body attached...

Meltdown
As snow fell from the sky like autumn leaves falling from the dying trees, the ground was covered in a cold wet delicate blanket of snow. By lunch the snow was piled up everywhere and people were happily playing in it. Someone called to me "have you got a carrot, jeans and gumboots?" My friends were making a snow family. I raced inside to get the stuff then ran back out to meet my friends. We finished the snow family, they looked so realistic. The next morning I went to see the snow family but all that was left were the clothes in a pool of icy water!

The Storm
I was sitting in my house while it was raining outside I thought I heard thunder outside I looked out and saw that the rain was coming down harder than ever and that trees were close to falling over and house’s roof panels were falling off the house and whipping into the wind I felt very safe inside I was about to light the fire when I saw there was no coal inside so I braved to storm and went out the wind was dragging me I grabbed a bag of coal and struggled back inside. A brick flew by my head narrowly missing me and the storm wasn’t gonna be letting up I slowly made my way to the door and opened the door which was a challenge with the wind howling I opened the door finally and stumbled in dropped the coal bag closed to door and lit the fire feeling safe inside my house

The violent storm was.....
The violent storm was screaming and thundering down on us. The wind was howling at houses like they were in pain trying to knock them down.
Everyone was trying to escape from the storm and flooding that confronted them with twisters and earthquakes. It was a national disaster!!!
I got trapped underneath a concrete wall that collapsed in the earthquake, there was no escape from it. The waters were rising, the lighting was striking people down like a finger squishing ants, and the twister was emerging out of the distance and was heading straight for me...
