10:30 am, London

“Now to add the plutonium”, says Benjamin as he adds it to his concoction.

“This could be the cure to my phobia of mice, they will drink this and then poof they’ll be dead.”

It was now 12:30 and Benjamin was inserting the key into his 3rd floor apartments lock. As he opened the door he saw one sitting up on his desk drinking his potion, he screamed in fear and passed out on the floor with the door still open. The mouse started to rapidly grow until it exploded and splattered blood all over Benjamin and his apartment.

The receptionists immediately called the emergency services and started bolting up the stairs.

They found Benjamin lying on the floor covered in blood.

Finally the police arrived and surrounded the area making sure no one had escaped, but by now someone could have made it halfway across the city and into a hide out.

The next day two detectives named Andrew and William were analysing the evidence in the police station, suddenly Will was sure he saw Benjamin, the guy the were analysed murder evidence for. He sprinted after him and Benjamin turned around, William held up a photo of Benjamin to compare. He looked exactly the same, he was even wearing the same coat!

Back at the police station they tested his fingerprints and they proved that Benjamin Addington was still alive! He explained his story and the detectives even gave him a mouse poison.

He went home and that was that with Benjamin Addington.

THE VOICES by Michaela

Every morning at 3am exact a small six year old girl named Ruby hears whispers from her closet. She wakes up to the frightening sound of someone or something whispering softly “Ruby help us.” Ruby tells her parents each morning about the continuous whispering but they don't seem to care much they just say it's her imagination.

One morning Ruby’s parents go to get her up after a long night's sleep. That's what they thought. They find her bed empty,Ruby was nowhere to be found. Ruby’s parents search everywhere but she was not found so they called the police. The police searched for days but they hadn't yet found her. A week later the parents got a call from the police saying they have to give up the search. The Mother is crying like the world is about to end. Ruby’s Father decides that he won't rest till he finds his daughter. He gets ready and as he walks out the door he tells his wife that everything will be okay and he will find her no matter what. After searching for days he looks in an abandoned school that he had found in the middle of a deserted town. He hears faint crying from the second floor of the school,it sounded like Ruby! He ran as fast as he could towards the second floor. He got to the second floor of the school and saw Ruby under the table with bruises and cuts. He was crying not only that his daughter was in pain but it was because her finally found her.

 Your whole family is like a big lovely person, but the Mothers and Fathers are the heart.  They fill you with love, laughter, happiness, but when you are feeling down your Mothers and Fathers are by your side.  They would probably hold you in their arms till you die.  So all those times you get into a fight with your parents and you yell at them “Leave me alone”, all they want to do is make things better, but sometimes things get a bit out of hand and everyone yells at each other.  But you have to get past that, you have a family that loves you, and you love them too.

Siblings they are the inside of your brain.  They have the power to annoy you but they are family and you've got to thank your siblings because they keep you having fun, laughing and occasionally they pull a good old prank on you. If I could go into my sister's mind when we are at my dad's I bet that 30% percent would probably be “he's so annoying” and the other 70% would be “I’m glad he’s my brother”.

And then there's the other bit of the family like the uncles, aunties, grandads and nanas who tie the whole family together.  Like the veins that take the blood through your body

Then there's you who is the mighty shield, like the body’s skin, who wants to protect your family, forever.

“Mitchell!” Yelled the chief of police.“Yeah chief!”I yelled back,“there is a cop killer in a warehouse!” Yelled the chief.

We’re driving to the warehouse where the cop killer is.

As we arrived at the warehouse, there was an explosion and the S.W.A.T. team flew away because of the explosion. Me and my partner (Thompson) run into the warehouse without even noticing there were explosions in side.

BANG! They fired at my head, then suddenly everything stopped. Everything froze apart from me I walked towards the car that me and Thompson drove in, then suddenly I began to fly to a stormy cloud.

I arrive in a kind of like loony bin place,“tough day ,” said a woman sarcastically (boss a.k.a lily),“where am I?” I said with a fright,“you're in R.I.P.D registration,” she said,“why do I want to join R.I.P.D thingy? And what does R.I.P.D mean?” I asked,“I don’t know tell me, R.I.P.D means Rest In Peace Department,” she answered,“I’ll join!” I yelled,“ok,I’ll give you your space cuffs and your gun, but this will hurt,” she said,“ahhhhhh!” I yelled painfully I looked at what was burnt into me, it’s my badge.

“I already regret for what I had said.”  

“ Mitchell get over here now!” lily said as she walked over to a door across the cliff of gold, I followed lily.

“These are deado’s, they disguise as humans but when they pop (angry) they don’t look like humans and they don’t sound like humans,” lily said as we walked out to the place where all the R.I.P.D agents were.

“I’ll show you who your partner is,” lily said while writing on a clipboard.

Then suddenly everybody froze apart from the deados, they were running to the vaults which held the gold.

They all left once they had got the gold.

Every agent went to the teleporter (toilet) and teleported to earth. When I got back to earth, I went out of the shop.

BANG!

The Tramp by Jasmine

I’m Alex, To celebrate my 16th birthday we went on a three day tramp around Ocean Grove Island with five other friends and my twin sister, Lily. My friends’ names are Jessie, Gabby, Bella, Rose and Milly.

It was a five hour boat ride to the start of the walk. When we got there, the sun had already started to set, so we set up camp above the high tide mark. We made a fire so we could keep warm but also so we could cook our dinner in it.

The next day we started our walk. Luckily it was flat. When the sun started to set, we set up camp but this time inland. After dinner that night, Bella and I went for a walk. When it was time to go back, I could not see the tent. We kept walking but still there was no tent. We found a nice, mostly flat spot and lay down. In the morning we kept walking and eventually I saw a zip and a tent connected to it. There was Jessie, Bella, Lily and Rose. We were on the third and last day. We knew we had to hurry and luckily we made it. When we did get back from the boat ride there was my Mum and Dad I ran up to them and they said “happy birthday”. I had completely forgot because of everything that had been going on.

Juliet gazed out into the wide world, wondering what lay beyond the brick walls of the clocktower.  Her eye’s darted through the narrow winding pathways of the village centre.  She came upon a group of small children playing hopscotch on the chalky clay  road, something about this filled Juliet with a sense of longing.  For as long as she could remember the clock tower had been the only place Juliet called home.  Never before had she dared to venture outside its walls she had trapped herself  inside a prison but now she had caught a glimpse of the light.  Her curiosity took over and she skipped down the spiraling staircase and ran into the bustling streets.  But to her surprise the once colorful and vibrant village had faded  into a dull colourless blur. The streets that just seconds ago were a rush of noise and excitement, were frozen.  It was deathly silent, Juliet wandered over to where she had seen the children playing on the road.  Their faces were lit up with joy, somehow Juliet knew what she had to do.  She gazed back to the

clocktower but this time she could go back feeling proud she could finally fulfill her destiny.  Juliet danced like never before each movement was executed with such poise and elegance it was like the rhythm running through her veins.  She was dancing with her heart. The hands of the clock began to turn and colour was restored to the earth.

Murphy and the Shoe Factory by Ryan B

It was a crisp Tuesday morning, and Murphy had just woken up. He got out of bed, jumped in the shower then got dressed. He was being reviewed at work - they were deciding whether or not he was fit for his job. Murphy decided to put on his best clothes: a suit with a tie.

His suit was custom made, it was a dark, almost black blue, with faint white lines running down it. It had gold-trimmed buttons at the front, and white cuffs on the sleeves also buttoned up with gold buttons. His pants were of the same blue as his suit. He had breakfast - cornflakes, then hopped in his Santa Fe.

Upon reaching work he scanned his keycard and entered his office. There was his boss, as expected sitting at the end of the table. He asked him a lot of question, then told him to go back to work.

After lunch, Murphy’s boss came to see him. He had decided to make him redundant because he wasn't happy with his work effort. Murphy then went home, and fell into a state of depression - he had loved his job.

One week later, a problem arose at work, a problem only Murphy could solve.

The Shoe Factory called Murphy, and asked him to come take a look at it, and Murphy refused.

They asked him again, and said they'd give him his job back, plus a raise of 10%. Murphy gladly accepted.

Princess candy floss and prince candy floss were on there way.

Chocolate mud was a bad villain he did all sorts

And my mother queen floss.

But we will fight back.

Finally we got there prince bubble gum was fighting his

Banana knights but king blue gum and queen blue gum

Were locked  in the room safe.

Then princess candy floss heard a high pitch voice scream it was princess blue gums scream and

Chocolate mud was about to grab her and take her

To his mansion to get the secret treasure and steal it

To take over the world.

Princess candy floss shot into action.

She ran and kicked him right in the shins and knocked him out.

Space UniCruz by Mac

Far Far away on the north island of New Zealand, there was a peaceful kingdom on the top of the hill.  Unknown to them there was an ANGRY  space creature named Space UniCruz planning an attack on them and the next day was d-day.  All the town folk woke up like usual but up in space was a mess the bombs were being finished then UniCruz yelled “we have until sunset which is at 6:47 pm then it is time”.

It was 12:34 pm at the time so it was lunch time down on earth but in space they were working through the hunger.  3:56 pm, afternoon tea, on earth all eating well but still up there was no eating to be seen and all the aliens were complaining so UniCruz through down some human hearts from previous attacks on earth but this is going to be the biggest attack on earth.  5:47 pm, “ One more hour to go we are all most finished” said UniCruz, “we can start to load up the ship and deploy down to earth”.  6:40 pm,“ let's start are deploy down to earth”said UniCruz, “ we deploy in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, we have lift off” he continued.  Down on earth in the kingdom the king Macadopolace was looking up at the sky and he saw a light coming down was looking up trying to investigate what it was then he realised it was a spaceship and he yelled out battle stations………..

Silence by Ruby

Jade lay awake in bed staring at the ceiling listening to the silence of the night. Her thick brown hair covered half of her face. She had dark bags under her emerald green eyes. Her sickly pale skin made her look lifeless.

She heard a thud coming from downstairs making her jump, it was three in the morning, she could only hope it wouldn’t happen again. She listened to the heavy footsteps come up the stairs, down the hall and towards the bedrooms.

“Kids get up” her drunk dad yelled. She shook with apprehension.

Her dad continued to shout at them and bang on the doors, when she heard a door click open. Everything went quiet.

“Ash p...please stop” Jade’s mum said shakily.

Jade listened, scared about what might happen next. Her dad could be so cruel sometimes. She touched her black and purple thigh as memories of what had happened a few nights ago came flooding back. She was interrupted by the sound of glass smashing followed by a loud high pitched scream. Jade bolted upright in her bed trembling.

She heard more doors open as voices filled the once quiet house. Tears trickled down her face as she listened to her brothers and mum fight with her dad.

There were a few more loud thuds and screams of pain and terror, then everything went still. She waited for someone or something to make a sound but nothing happened. There was now silence……..nothing but silence.

April was a 13 year old girl who had minimal friend and suffered from depression frequently. One day her mother announced that her two cousins were coming over that night and were staying for two days total. Ding dong. April rushed down to the door and whooshed it open it was her cousins so she invited them in. “So what you wanna do?” April’s cousin Winter asked. “ I dunno.” April said “what about truth or dare?” “Ok yea” Georgia April’s other cousin proclaimed.“So who do you hate most out of me and Winter?” April queried Georgia. “Oh no please that is a impossible question! But if I had to choose it would be…” Georgia began before bang ... bang! Two guns went off and it sounded like it was coming from downstairs! “Umm what was that!?” Winter asked a tear in her eye. “Come on guys hide!” Georgia commanded. Footsteps started to come up the staircase. April followed by Winter climbed out the window and made their way onto the street and sprinted to the police station. April looked over her shoulder only to see Georgia wasn't following and then bang bang two more  gun shots! The girls made their way to the police station weeping and lived with April’s uncle and aunt and Winters mum and dad. They all missed Georgia forever but got on with their lives like they knew Georgia would have wanted.

It was a cold frosty friday,but that’s not the worst of it. It Was friday the 13th and 9:15 the war was about to start.. The ghosts got ready and the marshmallows were ready to attack they all counted down 5,4,3,2,1 ATTACK!! They all yelled.They were 5 meters away from each other until the marshmallows sunk into the snow.The ghosts were startled by their surprise Then out of nowhere the marshmallows popped up and went through the ghosts.But some marshmallows missed the ghosts and the ghosts grabbed the marshmallows and ripped some of the marshmallows to bits the ghosts yelled surrender now we have eaten half of your team anyway.mmmm… yum sugary sweetness,all i have to do now is eat the other half mwahaha the leader of the ghosts yelled.The marshmallows were very week they had to surrender,but that means the marshmallows would become the ghosts slaves :o and they didn't want that so some surrendered and the rest kept on fighting...23 minutes later the ghosts had won and there was no more marshmallows in site a part from the ones that were slaves.The ghosts ruled their land and the marshmallows land.

The kind old man by Jack

Once upon a time there was a old man and jeff his next door neighbour, jeff came over every day after work. The kind old man asked, jeff what do you want to day? Can i have same carrots please. Thank you for the veggies and jeff went home to cook tea. But The next morning he went over to the old man farm and asked for same veggies but the old man said no i have no more veggies because i have to go and plant same more seeds so the old man so the old man went to go and plant same seeds. After he planted the seeds. He went to the city to buy same food to last him but a few month later it didn’t grow because the rain has not came. So he sat down and thought.he got a ider he ran down to the well so he pulled up the bucket and he did it day. One month but it started to rain and two months later the veggies have grow so the kind old man picked them and put them on the market the next morning. Jeff came over and brought same veggies  but the good bit is that so much people brought his veggies so he brought a shop in japan and tokyo. A few months later the kind old man past away but jeff found a note. The end

I crept through the old house expecting a scare but instead there was nothing. As the floorboards creaked and the owls hooted I kept moving forward. I came across a door that looked like it had food all over it. I stood there and took a deep breath in, and push the  door open in one big go to show that I was reckless, but what stood in front of me seemed to be a big open room that had been the kitchen. Slowly from toe to heel I moved towards the lounge which was connected to the kitchen. Then suddenly the table began to shake. I took one step to find myself in front of an old lean man with ashy grey hair and brown eyes. He said boo, I screamed till I could no longer. I couldn’t help but mix and stutter my words. I said wwww-who a-are yyyy-you. He replied I am your worst nightmare!!!! I ran out of the old house and onto the porch where an old rocking chair swaying in the wind. I took a short rest before having to sprint as fast as I could to the old park. I hid behind a very tall birch tree, and all I could here was the sound of my own breath puffing in the breeze. From around the corner I could hear few foot shuffles but I didn't move. I heard the old man calling my name “Sophie, Sophie”, I jumped. I turned around and there he was looking scarier than ever. He went in for a punch I fell to the ground like a feather in the wind. I woke up with a ghasp was this this real? or was it all a dream?

The Ghost by Charlotte

It was September 13th when I first started having nightmares. The first one I couldn't remember much of, the whole thing was a blur. I woke up with a terrible headache and I couldn't understand why. My mother told me I woke up screaming and muttering to myself about a strange voice, but she couldn't make out what I was saying. As time went by the nightmares got worse but clearer, I could make out what the voice was saying but I can promise you it’s not good. I did some research on my house and it turns out there was a murder in 1999 in the exact location I was living in. Then it hit me, I was living on a death site. I went to see a doctor who said that there was a ghost living inside me and it would eventually change my life forever. Dr Craven specialised in paranormal activity and although I didn't want to admit It, I knew he was right. The next night I didn't dream about anything,I went to school the next day feeling better, first and second period were fine but then in the afternoon everything changed…. I thought I saw something but then again it all happened so quickly. I have been a bit delusional lately so I didn't pay much attention, but maybe I should have because a few hours later I saw it again. I felt a bit dizzy it looked like a person but it was a faded gray sort of colour and than I realised what it was…..

“must protect will not destroy” the last 2 creatures said. as the canisters fell to the planet surface only 2 survived. One landed in the jungle region of the planet, the other fell to the ice region waiting to be awoken for the first time

“Hay kopaka did you see those weird canisters”asked lewa

“No and i don't care” replied kopaka

“Of course”lewa said, as he left to find one of the canisters. “Hey there it is”said lewa, trying to see what's inside. the canister stated opening, he stepped back just to find a foul rahkshi of poison the size of a matoran “OH MATA NUI”lewa said, grabbing his to cristalin blades

“Uh where..where am i”the rahkshi said. lewa put his twin cristalin blades right up to its neck

He didn't evan say a word “what the”the rahkshi said, before blacking out

The rahkshi started waking up

“Oh god my head”it said”where am i”as he started looking around noticing another creature in chains “what”it said trying to remember where he saw her he then saw the door open no one went inside .you're free to go”the matoran said shaking with fear. As he left the prison he noticed the same creature from before, just staring into the mountains, she left leaving him in to vast jungle

Hi I’m Peggy the Unicorn and I live with my Mum and my Dad in a small village called Twilight ville. All The Unicorns live in a Country called Cloudsy and the Pandas live in a Country called Fluffsy. It all started with a bang and we knew who it was. We ran downstairs to hide, but it was too late. September 29, 1999 the battle between the Pandas and the Unicorns had begun.The next morning lots of the unicorns were standing around the smashed buildings crying, it was so depressing. Most of the unicorns were now living on the streets and they were cold, starving and thirsty. My cousins house was completely demolished and they were staying at my house until their house got fixed. I was walking my little cousin to her school, when I noticed how many little unicorns like my cousin were living on the streets with their families. The next day I picked some apples of the tree in my backyard and chucked them in a bag. I walked my cousin to school and handed everyone living on the street 3 apples and a bottle of water. 2 years later everyone had house and everything was ok. But the Unicorn President Sir Applely decided that it was time we took a stand. We were going to fight the Pandas. Lots of the unicorns disagreed but the whole country was upset and confused why they did it. But they didn’t want to go and fight. On January 11, 2001 was the day that the unicorns attacked the pandas. 10 unicorns died and the war didn’t stop. Life was so different after this.

Once upon a time there was a planet call random food planet where lots of random food live. There was this one food that stood out of the rest of all the other food he was called his food name bacon sandwich he works at a ice cream shop and he tastes ice cream. Like bacon flavour ice cream and bread flavour ice cream. One day at work he bumped into fat taco man who sells ice cream At the same shop. So after work fat tacoman and bacon sandwich went for a walk when they were walking threw a symmetry they fell threw a grave. SMACK they hit a polished stone floor they figured they are in a super hero lab. They can shoot lasers and fly. Then out of nowhere a evil little roast chicken flew out of the roof the roast chicken started shooting lazers everywhere they almost hit bacon sandwich in the face taco man saw a glowing yellow goop in a ville out of the corner out of his eye. The chicken saw taco man looking at it so the roast chicken drunk it and grew 500,000 ft tall in the air roast chicken and bacon sandwich combined into 500,000ft tall cat. The cat charged straight through the roast chickens spine once the chicken bleed to death the cat ate the chicken for dinner so the cat transformed back into the bacon sandwich and taco man so taco man and bacon sandwich saved the day

There once was a guy named Murphy he had a big grey

Scruffy beard, a big yellow raincoat and gumboots.

He said that he was going to cross the pacific ocean from

America to australia so he headed off from America.   He was half way through the Pacific Ocean and he saw a big                              

storm ahead so he quickly climbed into his shelter.

A couple seconds later there was lightning everywhere and suddenly the boat capsized and was starting to sink fast he grabbed a knife, water bottle, lighter 89

And a oar and jumped on his inflated dinghy.

The next morning he woke up stranded on an island near the top of North America. He looked around trying to find food he found a strange exotic looking fruit and a rat he didn't eat the fruit but cooked the rat. The next day he found a shipwrecked boat and wanted to see if there was any thing so he swam down and saw a cabinet and opened it he found a waterproof light and a flare gun. He started to cook 229 and eat the rat he found earlier  he said that it tasted just like rabbit but really sickly then he saw big fog lights in the distance it was a passing ship so he flashed his light and shot his flare gun and the boat saw him it picked him up and brought him safely back to North America to see his family and to start his journey again.

1934 the germans are hitting harder than ever before. Me and hunter A.K.A samuel williams is the best sniper i've ever seen he hit the target from 1234 yards away “ Hunter i need you to distract the heavy gunners for me so i can place the C4  “ hunter nods his head as he starts shooting at the germans front line team he tacks cother just in time as they start shooting at him. I run around the front line then i start planting the C4 and a german slams the door open and ran the other direction as i just plant the last piece of C4 and i set the timer to 30 seconds. As i was running the C4 went off i got shot back by the C4. Everything was blurry i hear ringing hunter ties to shake me awake i finally stand up and see that we have won the first battle but it was not over yet. 30 to 20 hours latter we are come up to one of the germans base we make a basic plan to take over the base we take 2 uniforms and radio another base saying that we are going to your base to restock on gear kevin one of our friends was almost to the radio and then BOOM!!!  As a random bomb goes off and fire spreads we took this as i good thing and rush the german out. After we take over the base i can't find hunter or kevin and then i heard planes and that when i knew to run i tried to get my team out but it was too late after the bombs dropped i knew i had to get revenge.     

How Pookacorns Got Their Wings By Amber T

It was a sad day. Pookacorns weren’t dancing on rainbows like usual. They were lying on the ground doing nothing. They were sad because they had no wings to fly with the butterflies and bumblebees. What are pookacorns you ask? Pookacorns are like unicorns but they are pink, fluffy and magical. Pookacorns also spew rainbows and poop butterflies. It’s really bad when pookacorns are upset because when they are upset, the whole world is upset and everything is dark.

One of the pookacorns saw that they were sad so she set off on a mission to find the wizard. The pookacorn had to swim through freezing rivers, climb deadly mountains and cross big fields but she soon found the wizard practising magic spells. She explained the problem to the wizard and they set off for the journey back.

Soon the wizard arrived and he was shocked by what he saw. He quickly gathered all the ingredients, made the magic spell and zapped them all. Wings sprouted out of their shoulder blades. The pookacorns were instantly happy and the world was bright again. The pookacorns flew away with the butterflies and bumblebees and lived happily ever after spewing rainbows, pooping butterflies, dancing on rainbows and flying.

Once there was a world where everyone was a food or drink, this planet was called munchglug. There were two brothers on munchglug whose lives changed one day. The brothers were the  opposite of each other, one was a glass of water and one was a cupcake, one was mean, the other was kind. One day the two brothers were playing, water dared cupcake to go to their father’s lab and bring something back for water. “NO WAY! NEVER NO UH UH ABSOLUTELY NOT!” yelled cupcake, but water blackmailed him So cupcake did it but water came with him. Once they got there they found a radioactive stick of gamma, they both touched it BOOM! They blacked out. They both woke up and found they had super powers, cupcake could fly, water could shoot water. Water decided to be a jerk and hurt people with his gifted powers, so cupcake saved those people every single time. But one day water challenged cupcake to a battle. Their fight was a pretty even fight, both of them swerved and punched each other trying to win but water was just too strong then BOOF! Cupcake landed on his back, outmatched, just as water was about finish him, cupcake remembered his dad say to him “ cupcake use the fork,” so cupcake quickly smashed water with his new super strength and that was the origin of this guy...

I chanced after after him,but he was to fast.2 weeks later.Im still lying in bed crying and screaming Mr Flufflebubble.My Mum came intpo my room and said

“It's just a marshmellow we can get you a new one, a better one.”

In the box there was a note which said

“ Hello this is  Cuddlesnow and your her new owner enjoy your time with her.”   

I'm going to have so much fun with my new marshmellow.

“Mum look someone got me a new marshmallow it's called Cuddlesnow.”

“Do you want to take Cuddlesnow to the zoo.”

My mum said kindly.” We got to the zoo where I saw mr Flufflebubble hanging out with the penguins.I started crying but then Mr Flufflebubble said that he would love to be my pet again. I didn't know what to do cause i have a new pet marshmallow Cuddlesnow! My Mum suggested why don't I just have both of them as a pet. When we got back home I set up a bed and a tiny room for Mr Flufflebubble and Cuddlesnow.
